To be honest did not get the question exactly and hope to give you my insight about the matter. I personally use Uniblue’s registry cleaner which can be downloaded from http://www.liutilities.com/products/registrybooster/ This software offers backup, restore, cleaning, defrag, etc and is very easy to use.

HI, I regularly use Ccleaner for Registry maintenance and have been doing so for a few years now. I have never had any problems as a result but as to its being the best, I have no easy way of comparing it with anything else. Let’s just say I’m happy with it.

First, a top registry cleaner software will have the ability to remove invalid entries. Some applications will only clean out the ‘empty’ registry entries.
